The Bible and the Palestine-Israel Conflict, the 9th International Conference in Jerusalem

9th International Conference in Jerusalem November 19-25 entitled, “The Bible and the Palestine-Israel Conflict.”

The conference will feature a well-known Palestinian politician, an opening worship with heads of churches and speakers from around the world, including theologians, political scientists, and international law experts such as Lawyer John Ouigley. The week-long event will end with a festive and reflective celebration of 25 years of Palestinian Liberation Theology.

Sabeel is an ecumenical grassroots liberation theology movement among Palestinian Christians. Inspired by the life and teaching of Jesus Christ, this liberation theology seeks to deepen the faith of Palestinian Christians, to promote unity among them and lead them to act for justice and peace. As many as 11 Friends of Sabeel chapters support Sabeel’s vision around the world.
